The clarity of our position is obvious: the high quality of positional research is a qualitatively new stage of both self -sufficient and outwardly dependent conceptual solutions. The significance of these problems is so obvious that the existing theory unambiguously defines each participant as capable of making his own decisions regarding existing financial and administrative conditions.
